Borgen Project is a great way to develop your writing skills while at the same time writing about countries that are dealing with poverty on a global scale. I learned a lot about the countries that I wrote about and also how to perfect my pitch with my editors on how much these countries need foreign aid and help. Borgen Project also taught me how to fund-raise and even created my very own fundraising page in which I raised over 500 dollars to help in their global poverty reduction campaigns.
