I came to sober living America stressed out , anxious and physically ill, I was ready to go back and use because of what I was going through, but instead I picked up the phone and reached out! When I called SLA they immediately picked up and first listen to me, then they went over their program and accepted me the way I was. Again “ Accepted me the way I was”! To be honest it was a blessing from my higher power! Since I have been here everyone has been amazing, everyone has helped restore my sanity, spiritual, And health well being, ( mind, body, and soul) . I have been able to relax and smell the coffee. I look forward to every day that I am being blessed with. This is by far the best choice, The best thing that has ever happened to me! Thank you! I am so grateful for the people in the program. For any one that is going through the something similar or has a loved one that is suffering pick up the phone, and reach out . There are people out there who really care and want to help. Thank you to all the staff in Louisville! To all the staff in the program!
