Review for TYLER PERRY FOUNDATION INC, Atlanta, GA, USA

Rating: 5 stars

Unfortunately, I have never had the privilege of meeting Mr. Tyler Perry. However, I learned a lot about him when I heard him speak about his childhood, growing up in New Orleans. He had a very hard upbringing. I will never forget when he told of how his father would peak through this hole in his son's bedroom, trying to terrify him so many times, over and over. After Mr. Perry became more prosperous many years later, being Tyler Perry, he had a fine house built for his father, despite all of those terrifying years, brought about by him. Tyler Perry is the finest, the Classiest individual whose life and legacy I have gradually learned more and more about. Just as I heard him say tonight during the Oscar's, "I refuse to hate anyone because of their color; they are the police!! I refuse to hate!!" And so many times have I heard about how he has given total strangers money to make their days, Christmas's so much better because of his generosity, which would result in them being able to buy their loved ones presents. What a wonderful job his dear mother did in raising her son! I can never say enough about my love and admiration for this Dear Gentleman. May God Continue to Bless You, Tyler Perry; in turn, you have Blessed so many others. I will now begin donating to your wonderful "Tyler Perry Foundation, Inc."

Review for Boys & Girls Clubs of the Mississippi Delta, Yazoo City, MS, USA

Rating: 5 stars

Being from Gulfport, I have always wanted to help the people of the Mississippi Delta, since it's one of the poorest areas throughout this entire Country. I have enjoyed seeing some pictures of Robert F. Kennedy when he visited the Delta. He listened to everything that the people had to tell him about living there, including the very young children. I would love to visit there myself.
