I've been a volunteer Chef Instructor with the culinary school for a couple of years now. The amount of food and nutrition that comes from such a small kitchen....which is donated for the culinary school to use by a local church is nothing but astounding. Staff and volunteers that really care about the students success, people in the community that they serve, and the quality of the food that is created, that is what inspired me to devote my time and volunteer with this organization above all others.
