My Nonprofit Reviews

I have been involved with Jerusalem Peacebuilders for the last four years. I was brought into the organization by Stuart Kensinger, who will always be remembered for the outstanding work he did for JPB. Those fourteen days introduced me, a Jewish, American kid from Texas, to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. I learned of its impact on the region through personal interactions with teens who shared an interest in establishing a dialogue about the possibility of peace. ​This experience gave me the foundation to develop my own perspective to become an advocate for peace and change. I completed the JPB program in the summer of 2018; for the last two years, I have worked as a resident assistant in the summer program.
