Very unprofessional, I called trying to get information about a loved one in the rehab section. I had a simple question if we are able to write our loved one a letter. The lady told me she would have someone call me back. No one called a week passed I called again asking the same question and she said again we will have someone get back to you, I said I just have a simple question am I able to write him. And she hung up in my face , I called back to ask for her name to report her and she hung up again, this is very unprofessional. We are worried about our loved ones and can’t even get any information to make sure they are ok. On top of a pandemic.
