I recently started with the Tandana Foundation as a remote ESL tutor and it's been a wonderful experience! The team at Tandana is very supportive and encouraging, and are there to support me whenever I need it. This experience has helped me form a cultural connection with my Ecuadorian students and host family and has been a great way to push me out of my comfort zone with practicing my Spanish-speaking skills. I strongly recommend helping out with Tandana!
