They don't wait for leaders, they do it alone, dog to dog.
I want all the software companies in SF to host dog adoptions at their headquarters, seriously, Google needs to do this. Like once a month.

watching the growth of RDR each year, they measure their success in how many dogs they save...each year it becomes more and more. Their bottom line is saving dogs and adopting them into forever homes.

Build a broader foster network, secure funds for the Urban Sanctuary and lure companies to host dog adoptions at their headquarters for their employees and clients. What a great way to garner support and longevity in both your clients and employees.
