TCADP has worked hard to engage new voices in ending the death penalty in Texas. The organization has taken multiple steps to expand the dialogue on the death penalty and help define it as non-partisan but bad public policy.

seeing the shift of the movement from largely left to more and more conservative voters seeing the death penalty as bad fiscal policy.
