Thank you so much for your amazing service. From the moment I inquired about a dog, you have followed up with all the answers and information. We met you are PetsSmart and found the dog we inquired about. This puppy was, exactly as you described to us, a very sweet and smart lab- she was (again as you told me) already trained to use a doggy door. As a first time dog owners, you helped us at PetsSmart shop for all what we need to purchase for this puppy, from food to toys, all the way to a crate and treats. Amazing service!!!
