I've been attending Jeremy's Wednesday night meditation class. It's so helpful to look forward to it in the middle of the week and to benefit from it for the end of the week. It's been especially helpful to have this meditation group during Covid. Jeremy is very skilled at leading us in meditation practice. I leave the meeting feeling encouraged and refreshed. I appreciate this meditation class so much and have rearranged my work schedule to be able to attend.
