My Nonprofit Reviews

I was a writing intern for The Borgen Project in the fall/winter of 2020-2021. My time and experience working with the organization has been fruitful to say the least. Not only did I get to enhance my writing skills and receive valuable feedback from my team but I also wrote about the things I am passionate about. Not very often do I find a place in which I can do both! I learned many things beyond just what I wrote about. I gained more confidence and knowledge in how to fundraiser and promote awareness. I learned where and who to talk to about policy change. Moreover, I enjoyed working with my remote team and felt supported throughout my entire internship. I would do it again and again! I highly suggest this community to anyone looking for a way to learn more about how to help the world at large.
