Honestly the worst clinic i have encountered, there is a huge lack of communication. Its very difficult to get in touch with someone. The only way to make an appointment for my cat to get neutered is through the website. I tried to call for some additional information but no one picks up the phone. What a shame. If they provided good customer service and had better communication then id rate it differently. Drop off time for surgery is at 8:10. I arrived extremely early at 7:20am in hopes to be the first one in and out because i had to be at work at 9am. They took care of me last. Why not just have a sign in sheet to know who arrived first. Boggles my brain. I would not recommend unless your willingness to deal with the lack of communication and customer service in exchange for a cheaper option. ������������‍♀️ Honestly i dont know how a business can continue to run like this company.
