I purchased 15 privet hedges in the spring, eight of which died. When I called, they said that they would replace them in the fall. They showed up a month after the ground was frozen, needless to say the replacements also died. When I called again, they more or less said "to bad" we only replace them once. I wish I had read all of the negative reviews, before I tried to purchase anything from them.
