Terry and the ARM have a lifetime dedication to their horses. My experience involved a horse sold to me by the person who had adopted him (as it turns out, not allowed under ARM rules). Unfortunately, the horse has a rare condition making him unsound for riding that emerged after a few years. I contacted ARM thinking maybe they'd have some advice. To my utter amazement, even after more than 5 years, Terry remembered the horse and immediately arranged transport across several states to bring him "home" to their farm and to live out his days. I deeply respect her decision that with his underlying issues he should not be adopted out and that the ARM is willing and able to give such a horse a good home. Photo of said horse reunited with his 47 yr old pony buddy at the rescue. Great job ARM!
