The San Francisco/ Marin food bank was a HORRIBLE experience. Social distancing was a constant problem, as was the employees. The project leaders where nothing less than lazy, and too much gossip took place. I have videos of staff literally at stand still while much work is needed to be done. Stop that manipulative tactics were used to "lay off" one of there most hard working employees. We as volunteers know what REALLY HAPPENED, but is this the kind of place we really want serving our community? Where the MANAGEMENT sabotages hard working employees and leaves all the strenuous labor to the elderly volunteers?
