I am blessed to participate in the Toning and Line Dancing classes. A few months ago I was walking in a parking lot of a restaurant. They had newly installed parking stops in the parking stalls which I did not see, and I hit one with my foot and fell. I could have broken bones but instead quickly bounced up! The only thing hurt may have been embarrassing myself! 😊 Thank God I was in shape because of our classes!
