I cannot say enough wonderful things about this organization from whom we adopted our beloved dog Jeter nearly four years ago. He, along with his weimie mate Derby and eight puppies, had been surrendered to a high-kill shelter in TX. Quick thinking and effort on the part of many brought the ten to TPWR.
The application paperwork, the interview to determine our acceptability, the actual meeting with the foster parent and Jeter, the guidelines set forth upon adoption, etc. are there for the protection of their beloved dogs. Yes, they truly care for each and every one of them, especially those that need the most.

It truly saddens and angers me some of the truly vicious comments. It makes me question their motives.
