Feingold has changed our lives! Starting with my brother using it in the 80's, and now using it with my son who has ADHD--we would be lost without the guidelines from Feingold. My son is old enough now to know when he's had something "off his diet" and avoids these foods, perfumes, etc. like the plague. I've even decided to change my diet over to Feingold recently in the interest of creating better focus and less overwhelm in my mind. Thank you, Dr. Feingold and everyone who maintains the organization--you truly change lives every day!
