This place is a joke. We came here on Christmas Eve with all of the required material to adopt, and we were still rejected because we didn't have a "Letterhead" letter from our landlord saying we could have another dog. Even though our lease says we are allowed to have dogs, as we already have one. Just another dog stuck in a concrete cell over the holidays because we weren't able to contact our landlord on the holiday. Great job guys.
