Fieldstone Leadership Network has been a lifeline during this challenging year of uncertainty! As an Executive Director of a small nonprofit, Fieldstone's Executive Learning Group was instrumental in providing me support and guidance when navigating through all the rapid changes of COVID-19 shut-downs, staff morale issues, and staying mission-driven during extreme changes.
