SFL is truly a Godsend. The daily zoom exercise classes, the writing workshops, nutrition lessons and wonderful connections with my fellow cancer survivors/patients have really helped me get through the pandemic. Debbie Hughes is a Wonder Woman, managing to keep us all fit, safe and united while having to remain physically distant. One day she will earn the gold medal she so deserves. This is a wonderful and vital organization.
