I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer and did not have insurance, and I worked part time. My husband was a disabled veteran, and was drawing a small sum each month. I did not know what I was going to do. A friend of mine gave me a business card with The Breast of Times Foundation information on it, and I called them. Everyone that works there are breast cancer survivors, and they took me by the hand and walked me through everything. They helped me secure diagnostic testing, money for lumpectomy, and treatment. They also got the food delivery program for me to ensure that I would be eating healthy food. If it was not for them, I don't know what would have happened to me. A wonderful organization.
