I want to thank Patti Colombo, Manager of the RISE Program at Volunteer NY, who worked with me and my Prevocational Skills group at the Arc of Westchester through this past summer and early autumn. Through her Zoom meetings, she not only provided detailed information about the vast network of volunteer organizations within Volunteer NY, but she also used her expertise and extensive experience to focus her discussions on the specific needs and interests of our individuals.
