Vine Maple Place is an outstanding example of what volunteers can do to stop families from sliding into homelessness. VMP tries to take into account every problem that might drag a family down. They provide housing, job and interview training, appropriate clothing for job interviews, bus fare/cars for commuting, childcare and tutoring for dependent children - They've thought of everything! AND NEARLY EVERYTHING IS DONE BY VOLUNTEERS.
