Since new board of directors in 2017, things have been amazing. (We adopted before and after) The volunteer team worked hard to process our application and fellow family over the years extremely fast. They were very communicative about a delay with our references. The welcome email is very upfront about the process so we knew what to expect the whole time. Highly recommend!
