A values-driven organization, Fieldstone helped guide me and my colleagues through some of the most challenging times the non-profit community has faced in recent history. Through providing a safe, encouraging space to talk candidly about the issues our organization and society at-large are facing, Fieldstone not only served as a life raft through a immensely uncertain time, it also enabled the formation of truly authentic, lasting relationships.
