I have experienced first hand ROWAN's commitment to longterm sustainability through their dedicated promotion of education, business development, and vocational training on behalf of the widows and orphans who are a part of their programs in Uganda. ROWAN has identified critical measures that must be in place for constituents to gain the ability to both support themselves and their families economically and to pursue the dreams they hold for the future.
