I have been following this non-profit and its founder since the beginning. Nothing is more compelling than humble beginnings and staying true to living and loving on a calling that only so many really understand. Eugene Cho and the staff of ODW have a heart for humanity. What they ask is not for your everything—though they will give theirs. A single day’s wage can do so much! And the smallest of sacrifice to those called, may mean giving up simple comforts in efforts to save a life or a soul. I have never swayed from their cause and have been so transformed by the impact this nonprofit has made. Their numbers of lead and lag metrics are transparent and telling of what they have done, and what’s to come. The global and multi-generational network of ODW that connect to their cause speaks to The success of their mission and vision. If we are not called to fight for others against extreme poverty and social injustice who will? We need more of what ODW has to offer this world.
