I visited the Center several years ago when my wife, who is a storyteller, did a presentation of Native American stories for the guests. It has the feeling of a rustic summer camp, with tree lined paths to wander, ponds to watch ducks and other waterfowl, and rooms with a variety of books and games for all interests. The homestyle served food was delicious, and the conversations lively, with folks from all around the country and beyond visiting and participating in the many activities planned for the daily schedule. Altogether a warm and delightful experience!
