Hello , my name is Nadia Tryciecky. My mother was a honoree in Tampa Florida 2/2/2019. To say that DTB was a GOD send ...would not be even enough . My Beautiful mother has endured a life of hardship..from fleeing Europe for Freedom to this Great Country..to loosing her mother at 7 before they left. And so so much more. I do not even know if DTB realized , that in that just 7 months previous to this honor..her only son died suddenly, in her arms..at 44 years of age. Then we had to uproot her..away from her church family and friends and bring her to Florida. The years have taken their toll. She was left with nothing while the State figured out probate. Then....out of nowhere...came DTB sent from Jesus himself !!! She was shocked when she realized they were talking about her! And when Charlotte told my mother it was all about her..My mother said to give it to someone else more deserving...and I swear ..the entire room cried! With their help..we were able to buy her the best hospital bed...with has been a Blessing!!!! I swear it has saved her during sickness..and because she is so small and has very limited mobility. Then they have been taking care if her needs...things Medicare does not cover..adult under garments , personal products , and even art supplies..because she is an Artist ..and so on! This Blessing could not have come at a better , and much needed time. And the "Speak to the Storm" event...could have not been more perfect! What and amazing ,uplifting event..I am crying and feeling the goosbumps..as if it was yesterday. Praise JESUS ..for this Amazing Amazing non profit...for empowering women..in HIS name ! Amen!
