My Nonprofit Reviews

I have been working with Empowerment International as Health Coordinator. From my position, I feel I have touched a lot of people's lives by answering their health needs. Being part of the health program allowed me to put into practice the knowledge I got from my Law Degree, my second degree because a lot of beneficiaries need support with legal issues. During these years, I have guaranteed restitution of the rights of many children who did not have a birth certificate. Besides, I have made accompaniments to women who have decided to get out of the cycle of violence.

I have developed skills in managing vulnerable families and, I feel happy to meet the families and provide a light of transformation in their lives.

Something that committed me to Empowerment is that it promotes education and, students finish their degree and can get out of the cycle of poverty and achieve work alternatives. In the end, our work makes us feel proud as staff collaborators.
