What I loved working as a grant analyst intern was the breadth of issues the organization tackled, from human trafficking to water security. In this project-based environment, I really enjoyed the opportunity to take ownership when communicating with potential partners and seeing my work creating a positive impact. The leadership and team members kept each other accountable, all the while collaborating in concert to achieve ODW's mission.
