I have worked for many nonprofits, and what never ceases to amaze me about ROWAN is the way we ultimately rely heavily on our Ugandan leadership to guide and direct us. They understand their own culture and community better than anyone. They understand the needs they face, and we trust them implicitly. I have also sat under many leaders over the years and Kelsey and Pastor Paul Nyende are truly some of the best most godly leaders I’ve ever had the honor of working under!
