American Bird Conservancy has a remarkably high impact preventing the extinction of the most threatened bird species across the Americas. Its work is diverse as this organizations has a leading role establishing protected areas, supporting the sustainable development of local people and supporting educative activities aiming to raise the awareness of local people regarding the protection of nature to secure humankind’s own future. ABC collaborates with local organizations in the countries where it works. It is one of the very few organizations that understands that building a solid partnership and keeping it strong is key to achieve its ultimate conservationist goal. As leader of a committed Bolivian conservationist NGO, I have the experience of collaborating with ABC in several projects and I can confidently say that ABC takes care of its partners. I feel like we belong to a committed conservationist family.
