My daughter was born with a severe heart defect and has gone through 3 open heart surgeries and she is only 5 years old. I was lost when I first heard her diagnosis. I am so thankful that Mended Little Hearts was there as a support group to connect me with other heart moms who understood what I was going through. They are a wonderful support organization and also provide great resources and information for parents.
