I started volunteering about 1.5 years ago, and was quickly convinced on how impactful Hope's Corner was. I now am there as a regular crew member from set up to clean up on Saturday. The clients really appreciate getting both the hot brunch and the cold lunch bags to go, and I really have appreciated getting to know the regular clients that we serve. COVID has meant that we have had to transition from in-person dining to all-to-go (hot and cold) served outside, but we continue to make sure that the clients are getting the meals that they need.
