By educating gardeners to grow and donate their surplus vegetable harvests and linking them with a local food pantry -- AmpleHarvest.org is helping to fight food insecurity at a time when we need it most. Bonnie Plants is proud to partner with such an incredible organization - and is committed to advancing the mission of AmpleHarvest.org.

AmpleHarvest.org is an incredible organization. I've both seen and heard first hand the impact this nonprofit makes on communities and individuals around the country. Food insecurity is an unfortunately near ubiquitous issue in our country. Nearly every neighborhood has someone in need. AmpleHarvest.org is an efficient way to help. In this time of supply chain challenges and grocery out-of-stocks - educating home gardeners to share their surplus harvest with a food pantry in their neighborhood is a powerful tool to fight food insecurity. In as little as 24 hours, fresh - healthy produce can go from a home garden directly to the table of someone who needs it most. I'm proud to play a small part in the big mission.

AmpleHarvest.org fills a needed gap in the fight against hunger and malnutrition. It connects home gardeners and the surplus vegetables they grow every year - and connects them directly with thousands of local food pantries across the US. Bringing fresh, nutritious produce directly from the garden to the tables of those who need it most within hours. A dollar donated to AmpleHarvest.org creates an immediate 8 servings of fresh vegetables in year 1. But that dollar compounds over time as home gardeners continue to donate year after year after year.
