From film and music to writing and artwork, My Hero provides an outlet that allows someone to profess their admiration towards a person who has done great things. Not only do they recognize the historic people known by many, they give voice to those underrated, everyday people who are heroes in their own right. With the COVID-19 pandemic, they have given voice to those who want to recognize those risking their health everyday to help others. This organization helps shine a light on various topics as well, such as environmental awareness and how women transform media. Not only is it an organization that allows a creative outlet, it gives recognition and tells stories many may not have heard before, which also proves its educational value as well. It is a powerful organization that provides a voice to thousands of people in any way they wish to share it.
