I am a teacher who has volunteered with YPIE for two years and I have been so impressed by the organization, its students, and its programs. I worked with two high school students beginning in 9th grade. They are now in 11th grade and I have seen how YPIE adds layers of support that includes knowledgeable coaches, college counselors, and helpful teachers. It’s clear that my students feel that they have a community at YPIE.
