At their conveniently located help desks in Cook County's Circuit Court, they also help clients review and draft documents to be used in litigation. I have seen through volunteering with CARPLS legal aid hotline just how much an impact CARPLS' services has on those in need and it is a vital service to Cook County's low-income community.
