When I was first introduced to the Tabby's Place Community, there was no way I could have known what a gift it would be. I was merely looking for a productive way to occupy some free time and as the Human of a few Felines, it was a natural fit. It hasn't even been two years since my orientation as a Tabby's Volunteer and the time has literally flown by -- I've cleaned up after cats, done their laundry, made their meals, played with them, fostered their babies, and even learned a fair number of their many names. Almost as importantly, I've found friends among their amazing caregivers -- the dedicated, Selfless Staff -- AND the incredibly diverse and loving Volunteer Crew, who have ALL continued to provide a nurturing, safe, and healthy habitat for our Feline Friends. Thank you Tabby's, for all you do for the cats -- and for me!
