The Mission of Love Charities provides exemplary services to low-income families as well as the homeless (both significantly increased) throughout the DMV community, even with an ever-demanding COVID-19 pandemic. Spearheaded by its CEO, Deb Martinez (Essence Essential Hero 2020) and Deputy Director, Tamara Myers on the front line, the MOLC team represents a dedicated group of passionate and hard working professionals who are totally committed to the health and well-being of each every visitor, treating them with the utmost respect, compassion and humility. Masters in customer service, they truly serve with "The Servant's Heart." The MOLC is recognized throughout the community as the primary destination for those in need of food, clothing or shelter assistance, and also strategically balances current needs with future planning initiatives such as workforce development and healthcare. Truly a team of "Who's Who's" in the nonprofit arena.
