Review for Frisco Humane Society, Frisco, TX, USA
After the loss of one of our beagles, we started talking about fostering to help our remaining beagle adjust to the loss of her littermate. Instead, we met Adrienne. After a two week trial run to ensure that Adrienne was a good fit for our family, we finalized the adoption. Her foster mom was there for us along the way to answer any questions we had. The two week trial run had zero pressure on us to adopt if it didn’t work out. FHS’s priority is to make sure the family, kids and existing pets are all on board with the newest potential member.
Several years after we adopted Adrienne into our pack, she became only child with the loss of her “sister”. ...and we started talking of fostering again.
We reunited once again with FHS, only this time becoming fosters for the organization. They are the best group of fosters I have had the honor of working with and learning from.
