I know where my donation is going: " I have been serving the community for 30 in various capacities and donated to numerous non-profit organizations over the years. Almost in every case, I do not know what was happening to my donation, and rarely I get to know the beneficiary. Sankara Nethralaya is unique in that aspect. Within a few weeks after my donation I get to see the beneficiary name, their address, picture, tag number, surgery location in a PDF document. I have never seen an organization with such transparency to the funds donated, and no wonder Charity Navigator awarded the highest possible rank of four stars. Now I know where my money is going, and happy to do more of this and encourage my friends to replicate"
