I hate asset forfeiture. It is nothing short of inland piracy. It needs to be stopped. IJ is at the cutting edge of putting a stop to this blatant violation of our 4th amendment due process rights. Why do so many people in this day and time hate the police? They have become pirates. They steal money from people with out any reason. If asset forfeiture were not a pervasive feature of American law enforcement, much of the proponents of "defund the police" would go away. You'll understand this when they find you have cash on you and they take it under the presumption you have obtain it by criminal activity.
