Sybil and her husband Jeff are tremendously dedicated to their animals at Cochise Canine Rescue. The majority of the animals they take in have smaller chances of adoption than those in animal shelters as they are often sick, injured, and elderly. Yet Sybil and Jeff lovingly administer medications (often multiple times a day), and attend to wounds and injuries. And they inundate these animals with love. Many, many times over the years Sybil has driven from CCR to Phx. or Scottsdale to see veterinary specialists, making the 4-hour-each-way trip in one day. The love, compassion, and the shouldering of tremendous responsibility are handled to perfection at Cochise Canine Rescue.
