I had the fortune to meet and work with Anne Montague on US Army Corps of Engineers' projects related to beneficial uses of dredged material from this Nation's harbors and waterways and recycle materials for the good of our society. She was extremely conscientious, focused, and hard working to be successful and make a difference for the good of this Nation. She has been extraordinary in her efforts to get the public to recognize the importance of Rosie, the Riveter, through the American Rosie Movement. I have no doubt that she will make an enormous impact on bringing the public to recognize and honor the Rosies of this Nation.
