My wife and I have been donors to Edu-Girls since 2014, and have enthusiastically followed its growth from initially supporting one school in Jaipur, India to a second school in Bangalore, India followed by schools in Pakistan and Nepal. We are very impressed with the accomplishments of Edu-Girls, particularly in ensuring that underprivileged girls are able to attend classes at no cost in a highly nurturing, safe environment. We are particularly impressed with the fact that in addition to taking basic academic courses, girls also receive vocational training to prepare them for paying jobs in their communities. This acts as a strong motivator both for students to attend school and for their families to continue to support them in attending school.
We look forward to a long association with Edu-Girls and are excited to see the organization expand its operations to include more schools in South Asia and other developing countries as well.
