When the covid pandemic hit, this agency was able to keep their employees working in a safe manner by ensuring employees could work from home to protect those most vulnerable to covid. Some employees stepped up and provided emergency food and essential item drop-offs to vulnerable clients, no matter if the staff was already working with that client. Those who couldn't work in the field made calls to clients to check in and make sure they were staying safe. Staff were helping each other out to make sure no client fell through the cracks. Throughout the pandemic, the agency has continued to check in with employees to help employees stay safe and make sure they have all they need to do their job well. All around a good company to work with.
